我要辦台灣護照, 要以何種理油像美國申請出生證明修改((急)

我不是雙國籍

我只有美國護照我現在想要辦理台灣護照回台灣住但台北駐洛杉磯辦事處不接受我現有的出身證明

因為上面沒有註明我父母的姓名.我只好寫信回美國department of State請美國重新幫我修改我的出生證明美國政府需知申請的原因為何. 但由於美國政府並不承認雙國籍

若被美政府發現我欲申請雙國籍

美國將會取回我公民的權利問題來了再申請函上
